Traveling thoughts

Cambodia mission is about two months away and it seems as if pretty much everything is set. it's kind of fun going on this trip because the whole thing is being planned by someone else! AND- they are doing a REALLY good job! We got some of our supplement suppliers to donate a whole bunch of vitamins for kids and women- some prenatals as well which are really needed I guess. So we are excited about that!

My whole flight plan got rearranged and now my flight pattern looks like Milwaukee to L.A., then to Taiwan, then to Bangkok(Thailand), then to Cambodia. I am already praying for this aspect of the trip and that I am not sick or have any ear pain or sinus problems. I don't think I will!

I found out that I'll be serving most of my time in Battambang, Cambodia. This doesn't really tell me a whole lot but I have found some stuff on google. We'll be outside under tents most days doing the medical thing. I'm a bit nervous and excited all at once as I have no idea what types of conditions we will encounter. Overall I just feel peace about this trip. God's peace is so wonderful and so freeing.

Please continue to pray for me as you are led.

Prophetic Art Night- or whatever you want to call it

One of the fun things we did while Roxana was here (at her lead) was to host a prophetic art night. In other words, we had several different things out to create with (clay, paint, pencils, etc..) and we played worship music and just let the Holy Spirit lead us in one we created. It was actually very cool. I took my first shot at clay and KC took her first try at acrylics. It was fun! (sorry for the sideways photos - I forgot to flip them first...maybe in time I will change them)
